Southern Asset Services is a professional company wholly owned and operated in Victoria’s North East.
Based in Albury/Wodonga, the operators of this commercial cleaning company have more than 15 years experience in commercial cleaning and five years experience with a National Cleaning Company in the Operations Department.

This position gained valuable experience from Darwin to Hobart, setting up new sites, training staff, liaising with management and overseeing the ongoing standards.

Southern Asset Services is based on delivering the highest standard of service and professionalism achievable in the cleaning industry at a realistically competitive price.
Some of our minimum requirements are:
  • Weekly written inspections of cleaning standards throughout the site.
  • Weekly communication with the manager in charge of cleaning.
  • Use of a Communication Log for day-to-day issues.
  • All staff in suitable uniform and wearing I.D. badges.
  • All staff is required to complete a traineeship in Asset Maintenance Cleaning Operations, Certificate II and III.
  • All staff is employed under the appropriate Cleaning Award.
  • All staff is required to undertake a police records check.
  • O.H. & S. procedures strictly adhered too.
  • Use of high-quality chemicals and cleaning equipment.
